Nineteen years of learning what to build, how, and why.

Asset management, then process automation, then trading, then cloud platforms, and now AI systems. Different domains, the same job underneath: work out what the system has to do and why it should be built that way. That judgement is the part that took nineteen years — and the part that makes building it quickly a safe thing to do.

Associate Principal · Delivery & Sales Solution Lead

  • Led the AI rollout across the company — LLM and GPT-backed tooling in developer workflows and internal systems, and the enablement that got people using it rather than trialling it.
  • Three-day Claude training programmes for Authority Partners' clients, and the internal Claude trainings that went with the rollout.
  • Built the delivery method behind it: narrow agents, retrieval that earns its cost, and evaluation sets — the same method I use to take my own products from settled requirements to shipped in weeks.
  • Architected a cloud-native SaaS healthcare contact centre from scratch for a US healthcare provider on Amazon Connect, Lex and Lambda, with .NET Core services and a React agent desktop.
  • Built the authentication and identity front end for the world's largest office-space provider on ForgeRock, and worked on their client UI.
  • Delivery and pre-sales solutioning: shaping the technical answer before the contract, then staying to deliver it.
  • Mentored six engineers through one AP Lab programme cohort.
  • Certificate of Excellence three years running (2021, 2022, 2023) and above-performance ratings every year.
