Architecture from the first diagram to the last deployment, and the delivery in between. The parts of a design that fail are almost always the parts nobody had to build, which is why the engagement does not end at the handover: staying through delivery is what makes the design accountable to something other than itself.

Nineteen years across .NET and C#, TypeScript and React, Java, and both AWS and Azure in production — chosen per workload and per client constraint rather than per preference. Domains have ranged from a US healthcare provider's contact centre to real-time campaign decisioning for a bank, identity and access on ForgeRock, and enterprise asset management before any of that was called platform work.

Independent since January 2026, registered in Frankfurt am Main and invoicing under German VAT. Authority Partners, where the previous six years were spent as Associate Principal leading delivery and pre-sales solutioning, continued as a client after the resignation rather than instead of one.

Agents do the building; the deciding is still the job. That is what compresses a quarter into a fortnight — and nineteen years of architecture is what keeps the result architecture rather than output. The same method produced the two products on this site: Deutschly, an offline German learning app on the App Store and Google Play, and Omnidoc, an MIT-licensed desktop document viewer.
